The spiritual growth of students is of primary concern to the administration and faculty of Limelight Bible Institute. Daily personal devotions are essential and students are required to keep a journal of these times. Devotional groups also meet regularly to promote corporate prayer, worship, and accountability. Administration, faculty, guest speakers, and other students will lead devotions to help make these times a highlight of student life at Bible Institute.

Mentorship is assigned for the purpose of counsel, support, and oversight as the student pursues their education and ministry training.

Students of Limelight Bible Institute enjoy the privilege of continuous mentoring support for their calling, even after graduation. This post-graduation mentoring program is to further reinforce the practical learning process, of which the faculty is committed to.
